Yes, New Year is coming, it's not the New Year of 'Merry Christmas & Happy New Year', it's also not the Chinese New Year, it's the new financial year. We've to make a line between March and April and have a final cut. Have to write the staff appraisal reports, have to make review of the past year, have to make plans for the new year, set objectives, set targets for the coming year... doing all sorts of estimation..ai...what a troublesome & annoying New Year!
